Step #1: Steam the Milk
The first step is to take a cup of milk, pour it into a saucepan, and allow it to simmer at low heat until you start seeing bubbles forming at the sides. Be careful not to let it go into boil; the saucepan needs to be taken away from the heat the moment you see the first bubbles forming.
Step #2: Whip the Milk
